Picture editing - rotate, flip, mirror image.

All examples are given using commands from Paint Shop Pro
but other graphic editing software may be the same or similar.

Note that if you don't want to overwrite your original image inadvertently,
you should save your changed images using another name ( use File - SaveAs).

Creating a Mirror-Image

Use "Image", "Mirror"

"Flipping" Image Vertically

Use "Image", "Flip"

Note the difference between this and rotating 90 degrees (below).

Rotating an Image

Use "Image", "Rotate"
180 degrees clockwise

Rotating Image

Use "Image", "Rotate"
90 degrees clockwise

Resizng to 50 percent

Use "Image", "Resize", "50 percent"

Note that this in effect makes the image 1/4 size as it is half the width and half the height effectively.

Alternatively you can specify pixel width/depth if need be.
