![]() and select the recipient's address from your address book, click on and then click OK. Alternatively, type in the e-mail address at the right of .(3) Type in a 'subject' for your e-mail where it says and make the subject reflect what your e-mail is about, like "Next club meeting". It helps people when they look back through messages later, and it also helps you if the person sends you a reply - it will have "Re: Next club meeting" as the subject. Note: You have to click your mouse in the white area to the right of and to be able to type there.(4) This is the area for you to type your message. Note: Click your mouse in the white area to put a cursor there and start typing. Your words will wrap around (start a new line) when they get to the righthand side of the page and you can just keep typing until you have finished the information you need to send. A 'scroll-bar' will appear at the right side of the text area if you get past the bottom of the page and this allows you to get back to the top again if you need to. (5) When you have finished, click the 'Send' button. Note that after clicking 'Send' the message window will no longer be visible as it has gone to the 'Outbox'. (6) Refer back to the top picture, clicking the 'Send/Rec' button will bring up your 'Dial-up Connection' ready for you to connect to your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Once connection is established your e-mail(s) will be sent and any new e-mail for you will be delivered to your 'Inbox'. Note: In some cases your system will have been set up to automatically disconnect from the telephone line once e-mail has been sent and received. alan@webs4u.co.nz
