ADDRESS BOOK CHANGES
Changing an e-mail address in your Address Book
To add a new entry to your Address Book from a received e-mail,
(1) Select the e-mail you want to extract the address from.
(2) Click on the received email in your email program, see picture below,
(3) Right-click that entry and select "Add Sender to Address Book"
from the displayed options.

That's about all there is to it.
Note: You should probably delete any previous reference to the sender in your address book before adding the new entry. Do this by opening your address book, selecting the appropriate entry and clicking the 'Delete' button.
