SAVING EMAIL as a text file


If you have the need to save the text of a message for later use or reference, you can do it this way.

  • View the e-mail you want to copy on screen.....

  • Click the (left) mouse button in the text area of the message and then go to the top menu, select 'Edit', 'Select All'......

  • Go to the top menu, select 'Edit', 'Copy'.......

  • Go to [START], Programs, EditPad.....

  • Click the (left) mouse button in the text area of the EditPad screen...

  • Go to the top menu, select 'Edit', 'Paste'....

  • Go to the top menu, select 'File', 'SaveAs', and give it a name and save it which ever directory (folder) you wish.
