GROUP E-MAIL


This is a way of sending the same message to several (or many) separate addresses.

  • It is straight forward enough.

  • Go to your Address Book.

  • Select 'New Group'.

  • Enter the name for the Group, i.e. 'My Family'.

  • Click on 'Select Members'.

  • Add members to the group from your existing Address Book entries.

  • Once completed you are then able to send your e-mail message To: My Family (Group) from your Address Book.

You can have other 'groups' for different occasions - one for relations, one for general friends, and so on.

REMEMBER though, if you don't want the 'group' people to see the addresses of the others, make sure you send the 'group' using the Bcc: section (Blind Carbon Copy).
